On the afternoon of July 3, 1960, Captain Hugo F. Luis Niotti, at that time, the noncommissioned
officer, assigned to the Air Force School for Sub-officers, was driving from Yacanto toward Cordoba.
It was drizzling off and on, and the cloud deck was very low, perhaps 100-150 m.
Suddenly Captain Niotti spotted a strange, conical shaped object in the sky. The dark gray object
