In the Death Valley National Park, California there is an interesting geological phenomenon. Here you
can admire rocks that mysteriously move around a region known as the Racetrack Playa, sometimes called
the Devil's Playa, which is a dried lake bed. According to the National Park Service, there are 8 other
playas near Death Valley where this phenomenon occurs.
The moving rocks have been known for over a hundred years, but scientists are still uncertain what
exactly is causing...
