One of several factors leading to the conclusion that the celestial body holds intelligent life is the evidence of vehicles moving around on the ground. We have known for a long time that there is extraterrestrial and highly intelligent life on the Moon.

There is evidence in form of photos, which show apparent movements of unidentified vehicles on the Moon's surface....
