Image after image, day after day, year after year photograph after photograph I trenched through, studied, broke up into sections, processed, experimented with and saved. I had been through more than tens of thousands of images and a good amount of scientific data compared to most over more than the last 30 years.

The Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter images have been a big disappointment from what I have seen, contrary to the official praise from most NASA articles and affiliates, and there are very few color images released. They must have taken many thousands or more color images of the Martian surface from the MRO by now.

One area of focus in the last ten years and currently is of the Mars Global Surveyor Narrow Image Gallery. I waited with baited breath for each release. There are currently 212,000 images claimed to be published on the Mars Global Surveyor Mars Orbiter Camera Image Gallery site. The photographs from the Narrow Image Gallery were particularly interesting to me because they could be processed better than other satellite images I had seen that might show more true details of Mars.

Some of the images are completely useless, being blank, gray, white or black slates of nothing.

The images are scattered about on the maps. Some are just listed, but are not actually there. The links on the Mars maps do not change color like your average links after you had accessed them, so you could not easily know what you had looked at already, which made things more difficult. You could give up just out of frustration.

Many others show a few marks and craters, and frankly, they are a waste of time. Some images look like the very first satellite images of Earth taken by publically acknowledged sources. A still frame from the 1931 original Frankenstein movie would be more useful in some cases.

On another level, some of the poor black and white images look altered. I am not talking about dropped data in the photographic imaging and transfer process. I am talking about what looks like deliberate obfuscation, and others have also mentioned this. You will be following along every bit in place and suddenly you get to somewhat of a blob area, depending on what is there or isn't, and you see what looks like computer paint brush work in some photographs. This was disappointing, to say the least.

Most of the images in the MGS Gallery are poor, and they look like the lowest quality that could be released and managed. Fortunately the remaining substantial photographic and other data collected by the precision instrumentation still holds much information. When you select and process many of the images of the best detail and with the most objects in them, you start to see a very different picture. Such is the case with this photograph.

As the details were slowly pulled from the data, I began to see things, strange things, fantastic things. Was I imagining them? From what I see, this was not the case for most instances. The precision data was showing something substantial. Down there on Mars is what looked like communities, roads, tubes, and buildings of incredible architecture. The following sections are saved at different levels of processing to bring out different details.

An image section might start out looking like this, which at first may possibly look to be cracks in the surface. This section is 3.45 km in width.

Then you take a closer look, and there looks to be a geometric grid, and more details, almost like roads or a logical highway system.

This is a section roughly a kilometer across on the left according to the data for the image, compared to a section from an image from Google Earth of around the same size.

Again you may find that the lines are two lanes in places, and that they roll up and down over the landscape. Some follow the contours of the geography and some look elevated above the surface. Some are vertical and then curved to horizontal, and some may be enclosed. Is this a highway? What possible forms of transport could be moving through these if indeed they are enclosed travel structures? There are more structures in the full image.

Further processing shows even more details. There are not just a few structures, but many. In fact, it looks as if there are thousands or more.

Some landscapes in photographs from Mars look like what could be the result of advanced urban sprawl. Please follow along the boarders between the light and dark areas in these sections very closely. In my opinion, there is what looks to be structure after structure, piled up on top of each other. On Earth, our cities look on the surface to be somewhat one layer of buildings. On Mars in some images, there are several layers, some melding with the subsurface, as if the structures continued far below the surface. This seems to show that Mars is more advanced in technology and scale than some of that on Earth. I will try to cover more of the individual structures later on.

Some structures in images from Mars looked curved and contoured. Some that look like actual inhabitable large buildings I have seen have shapes that seem almost like figurines, animals and faces. The bizarre structures in some cases frightening yet thrilling in scale and scope, look fantastic. I would not consider them to be a threat since they look like they have been there for a very long time. Other structures in more photographs do not look toppled, fallen or decayed. They look more recent, kept up and/or unmarked from this distance.

Who and what are they? Are the Martians still there?

We need better images, at least similar in quality to the average color satellite images of Earth. Some people on this planet must know of their existence.
The technology of an advanced civilization on Mars could be more valuable than anything we know of to some, and without public oversight, these resources could be exploited for those who wish power to control our civilizations on Earth. We probably have more of a connection to Mars than is being acknowledged by mainstream sources judging from the range of evidence available.
More of the truth must be told in my opinion. There are roughly 400-500 billion stars in our own galaxy, each with likely multiple planets, and there are trillions of known galaxies. It is my opinion that the few on this planet who wish to have excessive control over the human race do not want us to know of the advanced technology, better government and a better way of life anywhere beyond Earth.
I would be willing to bet many civilizations have grown beyond the point we are at.
